1 4WD, 2 adults, 2 children and the wide open spaces of the East Coast of Australia Perhaps it is just within our group of friends and work colleagues but when my wife and I informed them of our intent to load up the 4WD and head off around Australia with the kids in tow the majority looked at us in disbelief while those with kids smiled politely and wished us luck!!! And so it was on a bright sunny Melbourne afternoon in we headed off in the Toyota Hilux with its upgraded suspension, brand new bull bar and lockable sport lid for our first destination Albury and our ultimate end point Cairns.
